HP OpenView DTC Manager and the HP3000

OpenView DTC manager was the supported tool to configure DTCs connected to more than one HP3000, or not directly connected to an HP3000 at all. It was a separate software package that ran on Windows 9x and allowed direct configuration of the DTC and its ports.

OpenView DTC manager is no longer supported (AFAIK), though the host based DTC management software has been significantly improved in recent years.
